When I was a teenager I became an insomniac and pretty much stayed that way to this day. That's why this morning I went and bought a big bag of lavender tea, which BTW I'm drinking right now. Here's what I've used so far to treat the insomnia: valerian, lavender, magnesium, melatonin, 5htp (tryptophan), lorazepam, oxazepam, clonazepam, valium, imovane, trazadone, alcohol, marijuana, sex and exercise. When friends tell me how they've slept in until noon I get jealous because most days I only get seven hours. I don't feel tired or anything I just wish I could stay   in bed  longer, like other people. It seems so relaxing.
